A vision/mission statement slide can be a powerful tool, but for most pitches it's likely overkill. Is your idea really so revolutionary? Or is it just a neat idea that could make some money? If you do include one, it should concisely capture your company's aspirational impact on the world in 5-10 years. Keep it visually clean - a bold headline with a supporting image or graphic is more compelling than dense text. The key is to convey your big-picture thinking without getting lost in the weeds. Remember that investors are betting on your ability to execute, not just your ability to dream - so make sure your vision aligns with market realities and your financial forecast.
If your solution creates entire new markets with massive impact that might not be obvious from the early stages of the current offering.
Right after your title slide and before your problem slide or optional summary slide.
